Through the Fenomende pre-registration form, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Selected role (influencer or business)
- Preferred language
- Consent timestamp and record
- IP address digest (SHA-256 hash — raw IP is never stored)
3. Purposes
- Notifying you when the Fenomende platform launches
- Managing the pre-registration process and preventing duplicate registrations
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the platform
- Fulfilling legal obligations
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 5/1. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the address below.
5. Third-Party Processors
Your data may be transferred to the following service providers:
- Supabase Inc. — Database infrastructure. Data is stored in the EU / Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region.
- Cloudflare Inc. — Bot and abuse protection (Turnstile). Only transient verification data is processed; no permanent storage.
International transfers are carried out based on your explicit consent under KVKK Article 9.
6. Retention
Your data is retained for 2 years from the platform launch date, or until you request deletion. Statutory retention periods apply where required by law.
7. Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about such processing
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction of your data
- Request notification of corrections/deletions to third parties
- Object to processing
- Claim compensation for damages
